In hot-ticket Derby parties (and real estate), it’s all about location, location, location

Real estate kingpin Ryan Serhant, one of the stars of Bravo channel’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” hit the black carpet (yes: black) last night at the invitation-only Vanity Fair Derby party at 21C Museum Hotel. The event drew 350 people, says WLKY.

The Kentucky Supreme Court ordered NBA star Kenneth Faried to pay $4,250 a month child support for a daughter he fathered while playing at Morehead State University.

The 26-year-old Denver Nuggets forward has been pulling down $60 million over a four-year contract extension signed in 2014, according to The Courier-Journal. But he argued through his attorney that it was unfair to require him to pay for a lifestyle his daughter does not have.

The CJ says it was the first case of its kind in Kentucky. Faired’s daughter, Kyra, now 5 years old, lives with her mother in Owingsville, Ky., where her mother earns $1,050 a month at a gas station. The verdict, at $4,250 a month, would cost the player $51,000 a year.
